Since vast majorities of the people related to the civil engineering field are accustomed to design, construction and management of buildings according to certain traditional models, it is difficult to force these people to think on modern lines or even to deviate from the pattern that they are used to at present.

Experts and scientists always suggest that the present engineering fraternity must learn to assimilate newer concepts and methodologies, unlearn what they have learned in the past and relearn newer concepts that are relevant in the present market place. Even though newer building construction methodologies and approaches are now being tried out, the old traditional building construction methods have not lost its charm. Even in modern building designs, the traditional architecture forms are being recreated, even though it costs much. It has better appeal than with unaesthetic designs.
