Myself and partner Lucy are also owners on the Armonia complex in B block and have a vested interest to keep the client and yourself very happy with our service. I have over 15 years cleaning experience and have qualifications in the cleaning sector. The family business will have very little overheads which keeps our prices very competitive.

Special periodic cleaning

The periodic cleans will be for the start of season deep cleans or indeed when requested and will consist of cleaning all tiled area’s with a system that will remove all the oil and grease build-up (that mopping will not break down) on the grout through the summer period from tanning oils and of course will clear any evidence of gray damp spots that will form on walls in a non ventilated apartment due to non cavity walls.

Home Checks

Home checks are carried out once a week, the service includes airing the property, flushing the toilets, watering your plants, checking windows, doors etc. We can also either text or e-mail once a week to confirm our visit and update you with information relating to your property.

Cleaning turnarounds

Cleaning your property includes your balcony and outdoor furniture. We supply all the cleaning products, wash and dry your linen etc. We prepare your property prior to it being occupied. We ask you however that you have at least 2 sets of bed linen for each bed and plenty of towels/tea towels. If you require a change of linen service during your or your guests stay then we charge per head. The price varies depending on the number of occupants.

Airport Transfers

The Airport meet and greet service from Larnaca to your apartment will be a safe one. We can also take your guests if required to the supermarkets, alternative beaches and into Protaras of an evening if required for a small fee which is much lower than fees charged by local taxis.
Welcome packs are supplied if requested they contain tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, biscuits. If you require any extra products then we can shop for them as necessary.


Our aim is to make you and your guests as comfortable as possible during their stay in Cyprus and thus hope they will return for me as an owner also.
