Many thanks.

Directions from Larnaca Airport :

Follow the signs for Lefkosia (Nicosia) on the way out of the airport / car rental company. After a couple of miles, you will pick up sign posts for Agia Napa and then Paralimni. Follow these signs for about 35 minutes and then you will see a sign for Protaras.

Follow the signs to Protaras (not Paralimni) through four roundabouts, (left turn at 1st , straight over at 2nd, right turn at 3rd and straight over at 4th until you come to a set of traffic lights at a T junction (marked Protaras to the right and Paralimni to the left). Take the left turn to Paralimni and follow this for a couple of miles. You will then come to a roundabout with a furniture shop called Living on the far side. Go straight over the roundabout, following the signs for Kapparis, which you are just entering. Follow the main road through the village passing some bars and restaurants. You will pass a restaurant called Faliros on the left hand side. About 250m after this you will come to a turning on the left with some long polythene greenhouses on the corner. Take this turning and follow the road to the top of the hill. At the top of the hill turn right and then take the next right after about 200m. Follow the road to the end and turn right and you will see the Armonia complex ahead of you.

This route bypasses Paralimni and is slightly further than going through the town but if you are not familiar with the area it is the easiest route.

Hello,
Is it possible to rent a 3 bed apartment (6 adults)? How much it would cost for a week in August?

Murdock,

Generally there the biggest apartments at Armonia are 2 bedrooms but they sleep 6 with the sofa beds in the lounge. They cost around £350 per week in August. Alternatively you could take a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom apartment. I bedroom apartments are around £275 per week in August.

Please let us know if you wish to make a formal enquiry.

I have activated your account.

Murdock,

For short terms rentals, certainly those under 3 months duration, the rates quoted include the cost of utilities. For reference probably under £50 for a week (in August) but they would be paid by the apartment owner.

I do have the facility to move the post but we are quite chilled out here so this section is fine. After all you had a question about Armonia and that matches the forum section.

Hi Bob,

I am going out there this Saturday and, if I can peer through a window, I will let you know the state of your apartment by e-mail.

By the way, I don't see you registered on the private section for owners where there is information about the complex you should be aware of. If you e-mail bookings@cyprus-apartment-rentals.co.uk asking for access to the members only section they will arrange access.
