The apartment is very nice, light and roomy. The TV and full satellite access were fantastic. It was so welcoming to see bread, milk, water, tea and biscuits provided, thus saving visitors who have just arrived, the stress of going out to get these essential items. We forgot or didn't think to bring DVDs. It is functional and did what it said on the tin. As we were the first visitors, there are a couple of things that may be worth considering in order to enhance the good features already there.
• More and different sized saucepans will be beneficial. At present, 2 saucepans are not enough even for a company of 2.
• A methodical and comprehensive guide about the apartment, the complex and the local area is important. For the flat - improved direction (we got lost and I used some of the residual memory I had last year to eventually find the place). How to use guide is crucial for the air conditioner, safe, cookers, dishwasher. We ran into difficulties with all these and had to get Will out twice. We could not even open the dishwasher for the whole week. For the complex - more about the amenities on the complex and also let people know they have the option to park along the road if they found the underground car park difficult or scary. Finally for the local area, things like numbers for the police, fire brigade, ambulance, local hospital, shopping areas, places to go, location maps are important for visitors. Also some historical information about Kaparis, Paralimni, Protoras and Ayia Napa. Emphasis about having a car because of location. Also Restuarants, play areas for children, places of interest to visit, etc. The lady at B113 has one and I don't think she would mind showing you how theirs was done. It is very comprehensive.
• Pots and plants in the patio area will make it look more homely. I guess because it is new and work is still going on there, it is understandable that things are still in progress.
