Happy new year to you all!!!

Well as Paul says above my name is Sofia and i'm an english cypriot, have been in Cyprus for tooooo long...!!!!!!!!!!!!! 23 years this coming April, so u could call me a local ( or not !) depending how u feel about them !!

I work for tlc -TENDER LOVING CARE - which is a property maintenance and rental management company, you can find us based in the Karma Developers offices in Kapparis Avenue.
TLC is part of the Karoullas Group of companies ie Karma Developers/ Eden square / Karma Hellas are all owned by my boss Nikolas Karoullas.

Anyway. been having quite a bit of good luck recently with rental enquiries, so managed with Paul to secure a few long term lets for a few clients on Armonia. Still have a few more which have been posted.

Am expecting a lot more summer 3 month let enquiries from Cypriots so will also be posting on here whatever i have.

i will keep everything on file, so if i have any enquiries its much easier for me to show clients especially if they have just walked through the door.
