Standard rental terms at Armonia Luxury Resort are as follows.

The reservation fee to hold the apartment is €250 (or €400 for long stay rentals where the guest pays for water and electricity costs).

The reservation fee becomes the breakages deposit and contributes to the water and electricity charges if applicable.

The breakages deposit will be returned to you 7 to 10 days after your stay at Armonia.
Reservation fee is to be paid within 48 hours to enable us to hold the apartment.

Final payment for the apartment rental is due at least 8 weeks before your arrival .

We accept Paypal payments for the reservation or apartment rental fee (subject to a small 2% surcharge).

Guests will need to provide the following information to confirm a reservation:

1. Names of the guests
2. Ages of the guests
3. Approximate arrival and departure times.
4. Home address and contact details.
5. Bank details for the return of the breakages deposit net of water and electricity charges (if applicable).
