We're considering renting an apartment for 6 people (2-11 August). How much would it cost for 9 day stay? Is there a possibility to book this apartment via Booking.com? We would prefer this, as it's the easiest way for us to make reservation. Is there any extra charge for cleaning our room on the last day of our stay? We accept Paypal funds and you don't have to have a Paypal account, just a credit card.

We have photos of dozens of apartments at Armonia. We will work through out list of available properties and send details asap. Most owners do not charge for the cleaning it is included in the rates quoted unless you are staying for several weeks and require additional cleaning during your stay.

We have received enquiries for about a dozen apartments over the last week or so but we should be able to allocate something suitable for group.

Studios will not be big enough for 6 but 1 or 2 bedroom apartments are. Is price important or available space? Obviously 1 bedrooms are cheaper but not as big as 2 bedrooms.

We already booked our flights so I'm afraid we can't change the dates mentioned. The part of us is coming on August 2nd (4 people) and another couple will arrive 2 days later (August 4th) and then 4 of us are leaving on August 9th and the rest (2 people) have flight back on August 11th. Even though we just need one apartment for all of us. The cheaper, the better but we would prefer 2 bedroom apartment with sofa in lounge to sleep on. We have a credit card as well as Paypal account. Is the credit card needed just as an assurance (the same way as via Booking.com) and we would pay when we arrive or is there any deposit or prepayment required in advance?
We hope you will be able to find something suitable for us.

thanks for the quick responce... i have a 2 bed apartment but i am unable to take this booking as i have a 2 week booking that overlaps. Most 2 bed apts have at least 1 double sofa bed so it would easily accomodate your requirements. You can book by credit card and via paypal what ever is easiest for yourselves.... Are you based in Poland?
On the assumption you are we will quote details in euros.
Almost all owners will require a none refundable booking deposit of €200 to €300 to secure the rental. This also normally becomes your breakages deposit for your stay in the apartment, refunded 7 to 10 days after you check out.

Full payment is normally required 6 to 8 weeks before arrival.

I have been on the balcony of this apartment and from memory there is a partial sea view. This also agrees to the property details provided to me by the apartment owner.

No WiFi in this apartment according to my records. The owners at Armonia are trying to arrange site wide WiFi but we at this stage we are unable to say when it will be installed. There are plenty of local bars with free WiFi though.

I have emailed the owner to let him know you wish to make a reservation. More details to follow.
