Hi Paul,
Our apartment (C6) is now furnished and ready to let.
It is available for either of the periods you mentioned although the August one would be better as we are wating for someone to get back to us for the 26th July-2nd August.
We have no other bookings as we have not advertised anywhere yet, but we are working on that, so the apartment is vacant for any week.

I think the booking may have gone now but we did have an enquiry this morning from a Dutch family. 2 adults and 3 children required for 3 weeks (20th July to 10th August). I emailed them earlier to say we only had 2 of the 3 weeks available but we could now offer them yours for 3 weeks.
